Instant gas water heating
Gas Geyser
Compact instant heaters with oxygen-depletion sensors, automatic ignition and high-flow multi-bathroom capacity.
- Safety ODS sensor
- Ignition Automatic
- Flow Multi-bath

Overview
A gas geyser — an instant gas water heater — heats water the moment you open the tap, with no waiting for a tank to warm and no standby heat loss. Running on LPG or piped natural gas, it is a fast, economical way to get continuous hot water for one bathroom or several.
Surya Urja gas geysers come with an oxygen-depletion safety sensor (ODS), automatic ignition and flame-failure protection, in capacities from compact single-bathroom units to high-flow multi-bathroom models.
Highlights
Why it stands out
The engineering details that make the Gas Geyser a dependable, long-term choice.
Instant, endless hot water
Tankless heating warms water on demand — it never “runs out” the way a storage geyser can.
ODS safety sensor
Shuts the burner off if room oxygen drops — essential protection in enclosed bathrooms.
Auto-ignition
Lights automatically on water flow — no pilot flame, no matches, no standby gas.
Flame-failure cut-off
Gas supply stops instantly if the flame ever goes out.
Low running cost
Gas heating is typically cheaper per litre than electric, with no standby losses.
Multi-bath flow
Higher-capacity models, rated in litres per minute, serve several taps at once.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Is a gas geyser safe indoors?
Modern units include an oxygen-depletion sensor and flame-failure cut-off. Always install in a ventilated space and route the flue per the manual — never in a small, sealed bathroom without ventilation.
LPG or piped gas?
Both work — choose the model matched to your supply. PNG is convenient where a pipeline exists; LPG suits everywhere else.
What size do I need?
Pick by flow: about 6 L/min for a single bathroom, 10–12 L/min to run multiple taps or a large shower.
Does it need electricity?
Most models self-ignite using the water flow or a battery, so they keep working during power cuts.
